What is the Executive Circle?

Economic transformations present a huge challenge for businesses in Europe. They are not only a threat, but also a major opportunity to become global leaders in key technology sectors and to develop new strengths. Politicians and businesses must act more swiftly and boldly to seize this opportunity.

This year’s EUROGUSS Executive Circle will take place at the Château de Guermantes near Paris, under the theme ‘From Regional Excellence to Global Relevance’. The event will examine the prospects for the European die-casting industry within the global economic and geopolitical context.

In his keynote address, Prof. Dr Marcel Fratzscher, President of DIW Berlin, will analyse developments such as inflation, the energy transition and geopolitical tensions, as well as their impact on industrial development in Europe.

Building on this, various perspectives on the aluminium foundry industry will be presented and its role in the international market environment discussed.

A key focus is on new business areas — tapping into new, high-growth markets beyond traditional automotive applications to diversify business models and secure future value creation.

Eric Müller
“The Executive Circle gives us the opportunity to discuss solutions with leading suppliers across the entire supply chain for die-cast components. It is up to us to make even greater use of these events in future to build strong partnerships.”
Eric Müller, CTO HPDC, Gnutti Carlo Group

Portrait Siegfried Heinrich
‘The Executive Circle is a unique platform for executives across the European die-casting industry to exchange ideas. I particularly value the opportunity to discuss current challenges and forward-looking strategies with key players in the sector. This dialogue has already led to concrete initiatives – for example, we are currently working with around twenty founding partners to establish the  EuropeanDieCastingNetwork.’
Siegfried Heinrich, CEO SF Tooling Group GmbH
